Lori finally fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a hairstylist in 2004, attending Broome Tioga Boces with her daughter Ashley. Within 5 years of graduating she became a Goldwell Master colorist due to her dedication to continuing her education. Her passion is making people feel fabulous at any age.  Whether it is a cut, color, nail service or waxing, she strives to make her guests feel stylish and confident. Education is still a top priority for Lori, from training her stylists as well as continually attending classes in and out of the salon. Some of the most memorable trainings she has attended include the Vidal Sassoon cutting academy in Toronto, Eufora advanced training academy, KMS Cutting IQ academy, Goldwell Color Specialist and Master Colorist Classes, Escential Wax, International Beauty shows in NYC and Las Vegas, Oscar Bond cutting Class in NYC, and many other hands-on cutting and color technique classes.


Ashley is extremely passionate about the hair and beauty industry. She is a Goldwell Master Colorist, and a Technical Trainer for KMS California. She offers hair cutting, coloring, and waxing services in the salon. She continuously attends classes to stay current and up to date with the latest techniques and trends. She began her education at BOCES Cosmetology program in 2004 and has continued her education though frequent classes and academies including, Vidal Sassoon Cutting Academy, Goldwell Color Specialist and Master Colorist Classes, KMS Cutting IQ academy, Full Body waxing Class with Escential wax, International Beauty Shows and many more.  As a Technical Trainer for KMS, she teaches consultation, product insight, styling, and cutting classes within the salon as well as many other salons in the area. She is lucky enough to be trained by some of the leading hairstylists in the industry as well as occasionally working side by side or assisting members of the KMS national artistic team.


Katie graduated from Windsor high school in 2011, followed by Broome community college where she played volleyball and studied education. In her final semester she became a receptionist at a hair salon where she found her passion in the hair and beauty industry. She graduated in 2013 from Broome Tioga Boces as a cosmetologist. She is still eager to further her education and frequently attends classes and shows including, Goldwell color classes, Goldwell trend zoom 2012 and 2014, KMS Jamfest hands on cutting class, Deva hair care class, Surface and KMS product knowledge classes, Surface cutting class, the Goldwell KMS Arrojo Portfolio on Tour in New York City, as well as several in salon classes. In addition, Katie has recently expanded her education in the field of skin care by attending Esthetician school in Syracuse where she will graduate in August of 2015. She has received training in a variety of skills, including makeup, facials, back facials, full body waxing, and eyelash extensions. She is very passionate about the hair, skin care, and beauty industry and is excited to bring new services into the salon. Katie feels lucky to work where education is a top priority and is happy she gets to fulfill her dream as a hair stylist and skin care specialist.


Staci is a Binghamton resident and graduated from Union Endicott High School in 2010.  She attended SUNY Broome for a year before attending the Ridley Lowell Cosmetology program in 2011 to fulfill her childhood dream of becoming a stylist.  Before coming to Lori Ashley Salon, Staci gained two years of experience in other local salons. She has attended many Goldwell color and cutting classes, KMS, Deva Curl, and Surface product knowledge classes, along with Goldwell Trend Zoom 2012 and 2014.  Her ultimate goal is to become a Goldwell Master Colorist.  She currently has two Associate’s Degrees in Fine Arts and Health Science, and is continuing in the Nursing Program at BCC where she plans to graduate as a Registered Nurse June of 2017.  Staci works part time in the salon while attending school and offers cutting, coloring, and facial waxing services. She feels very lucky to work at such a beautiful salon with an amazing team and is eager to continue her training and further her career as a stylist.


Jen graduated from Vestal Senior High School in 2006. She studied web design at BCC right out of high school but realized that was not the career for her. She became interested in the hair industry and graduated from the Ridley Lowell Cosmetology program in 2014. Jen joined the team at Lori Ashley Salon in October of 2014 to continue her education while pursuing her career in the profession. She has attended several Goldwell, KMS, and surface product knowledge classes, surface cutting classes and Goldwell color classes, as well as in salon education.  Jen has a natural talent for creating beautiful hair and offers cutting, coloring, and facial waxing services at the salon. 


Kiersten is an Endicott resident. She attended Ridley Lowell in 2014 to accomplish her childhood passion in the beauty industry. She began her career at Lori Ashley Salon in January of 2015 and continues to attend classes in and outside of the salon to further her education. Kiersten is especially talented and passionate about updos, blowouts, and makeup applications. She is sure to make you look fabulous for all your special events. 


Shannon always knew she wanted to be a hair stylist. At the age of 16 she began attending Broome-Tioga Boces Cosmetology program while still in high school. She graduated from Union Endicott High School and Boces Cosmetology program in 2012. She is extremely passionate about her career and loves transforming peoples images and helping her clients feel beautiful. Shannon stays up to date with the latest trends by attending classes including, Babe extension classes, many Goldwell cutting, coloring and styling technique classes as well as Goldwell, Surface and L’ANZA product knowledge classes and  is currently working towards becoming a goldwell master colorist. She is thankful to work in such a professional, welcoming environment where guests can truly relax and enjoy their service.
